Would never take a loved one to this facility again! The lack of care provided to the patients is ridiculous. The disrespect staff have for families is disgusting. They say oh we are a 5 star building...well I have found out that has nothing to do with actual patient care and all to do with someone putting things on paper. Horrible experience!

CAUSED THE DEATH OF MY GRANDPA. if i could give zero stars i would. neglect to the highest degree. he was sent there after a UTI went septic, they didn't give him his antibiotics for DAYS. they didn't check on him. the nurses had vapes on the med cart and would sit at the nurses station ON THEIR PHONES ignoring all call lights. he had unexplained bruises on his arms in the shape of fingers and a huge wound on his back. none of it was noted or charted. he wasn't given water or an IV for hydration. when we picked him up he was... read more

My mom had double pneumonia and she was to go to Edgewater for rehab to build her balance back up and all they are doing is running test on her and giving her IVs. I should have just let them keep her in the hospital. They were not suppose to do anything accept build her balance up. I don't know what the hell is going on but I'm coming to get her.
