I have been so impressed by the relationships that the staff has built with the residents and the top notch care they provide.
A very nice facility with caring staff members.
It the only place in anderson I would go
A family member was recently admitted to this facility in need of rehab. She was there for a very short time period. During this time I witnessed where on more than one occasion this patient had her call light on to go to rest room, as she wasn't to be up walking with out assistance. It would take 15 - 35 minutes for a call light to be answered on the skilled unit. This is unacceptable. As many times when the aides came to see why the light was on, they would say they had to finish up with another patient and would be right ... read more
Terrible terrible place. They treat the mentally handicapped as disposable income. Overheard a manager by the name of Ren yelling at employees. After talking with staff, found out that this is not the first occurrence. She has also pushed and put her hands on staff members, nothing was ever done.
