Rent/buy at this park if you like drugs, cops, drama - absolutely NO help from the managers (they are non-existant) and NO security. Drive on in and help yourself! Everyone at Birch Bay drives in there and dumps their garbage AND you pay a lot of rental $ ‘s for nothing - no services or amenities.
Trailer trash park. Manager is non existent. Drug addict lives there.High rent and no amenities. The owners of the park don’t care. No upkeep. Not a safe place to live.
