Courtney and the Lisa are Outstanding. They put in the work, they deliver every time and most importantly they cater to my clients questions and needs.
This is the most bizarre experience I have had from a title company. I was supposed to have a closing today for a piece of land I was selling and they just stopped responding to emails and calls roughly three weeks ago. No response at all, no estimated closing statement etc. Very weird and would definitely not recommend as their communication was nonexistent.
