Dr Thu Mai is 10/10 the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. She should have her registration revoked and never allowed to see patients again. She diagnosed me in my first appointment with her, with no testing other than my verbal history recount and made no treatment plan other than “come back if pain persists” so I did, 3 months later. The second appointment she sat there gaslighting me, stating “I never said any of that” and again, no treatment plan made. I had a terrible experience with Dr Thu Mai. At the first appointment , she said she is helping the western community, more like robbing the western people. Her IVF charges are higher than other renowned specialists. More over, it's her incompetency in the IVF field, she is incapable of bringing out the best in her patients. After moving on to other specialists, the whole experience is better. Go somewhere else to save your money and time!
I had a horrible experience with Dr Thu Mai. Over a few appointments she gave me incomplete or incorrect information not only about fertility but about my own personal results and options. She left part way through one consultation while I sat waiting in the room because someone was tinting her car windows in the parking lot. Rudest IVF specialist ever- GO elsewhere!!! Dr Thu Mai was completely rude and insensitive to our very sensitive situation. Her beside manner was completely disgraceful and should be reported to the medical board. She was completely insensitive and had the nerve to say things like 'you should buy a lotto ticket/ why would you consider natural conception etc etc' AND had her feet up for part of the consultation. Dr Thu Mai was amazing and helped me with my problem professionally and quickly. She performed my surgery and explained everything along the way throughout my day surgery. Definitely would recommend, Dr Thu Mai knows her stuff and loves a good chat.
