The doctor is always running behind schedule. I completely understand that appointment times can sometimes vary and that there may be situations outside the doctor’s control. However, to try to save time, I even call ahead to check whether the doctor is running on time or behind schedule. Despite this, the appointments are consistently delayed, and I often end up waiting around 40 minutes. Have had a great experience so far with Dr. Thu Mai. Would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to have a baby
I have a weight lifted off my shoulders after the first consultation with Dr Thu Mai, I went in ready to be direct and make sure I was heard after horrible treatment elsewhere and I was so relieved when I realised I didn’t need any of that. I had to hold back tears of joy when a clear path forward was put in place. I needed honesty and understanding and that’s exactly how I felt
Not only is Dr Thu Mai incredibly thorough and great at her job, she is the loveliest and most welcoming specialist I have had the privilege to see. Couldn’t recommend her any higher!
