Dr Thu Mai was very understanding and helped me with my problem professionally and quickly. She performed my surgery and explained everything along the way throughout my surgery. The operation saved my life. Follow up afterwards has been a fast recovery for me and she has been my Doctor for 10 years now. She always takes her time to listen and discuss your situation. I am now happy and healthy without any pain thanks to her. Meeting Doctor Thu was the best thing that happened to me
I'm so grateful to have had Dr. Mai as my Specialist for well over 10 years. Every time I visit the clinic both the reception staff & Dr Mai are incredibly welcoming and approachable. What I appreciate most about Dr Mai is her ability to connect with me on a personal level and understand my concerns, I always feel heard & her holistic approach puts me at ease and makes me feel confident in her treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Mai as she consistently delivers outstanding care with compassion and empathy.
This doctor lacks empathy and respect for others. I feel like I wasted $250 and my time, as she didn't even bother to examine me and arrogantly dismissed my questions and opinions. She truly did nothing for me. Definitely the most useless gynecology appointment ever in my hole life.
I saw Dr Thu Mai at the start of February for looking at my options after being diagnosed with PCOS after coming off the Pill which I was on for 10 years. I wanted to get more clarity around my options about getting my period back and fertility, as it had been 6 months since I had my last period. Dr Thu Mai is 10/10 the worst doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. She should have her registration revoked and never allowed to see patients again. She diagnosed me in my first appointment with her, with no testing other than my verbal history recount and made no treatment plan other than “come back if pain persists” so I did, 3 months later. The second appointment she sat there gaslighting me, stating “I never said any of that” and again, no treatment plan made.
