Absolutely, thrilled with how my pool and spa addition came out! Have been pleased with the service, however now they changed policy and only take payment by making you give out your credit card number over the phone. Possibly the most unsecure and dangerous method there is. Hopefully management will realize paying online/quick books or something is much safer and eliminates annoying phone calls to retrieve your credit card info from someone you have never met in your life.
Called a number of pool companies to repair a rust mark where rebar was too close to surface. Owner came out and look at it, confirmed it was rebar stain. He sent his crew within a week and chiseled out the concrete, removed a 10 inch piece of rebar and patched it to match the pool finish. Very happy with the results and will used them for my weekly service.
We surveyed the neighbours in our community in Naples as to the best pool maintenance company. Edgewater came out first and I am pleased to say...they ARE still number one with us in 2023, three years later-- a great relief when you can't be physically be there all the time. Ray our pool technician, has been consistently terrific. Luis, and more recently Nick, were also most helpful as they checked out a few minor issues. We have used Edgewater for pool maintenance and repair for 10 years. We recently had a new heater installed due to hurricane damage. We were having trouble with the heater on a Friday evening Saturday morning Eric arrived and took care of everything so we could enjoy our weekend. Huge thank you tonEric for handling everything in an efficient, professional manner! Can’t say enough good things about this team!
