Quick but should discuss medications more with patients. I have been taking a prescription medication for the last 2 years and it has always been the same in the same dose. The version I got from this pharmacy was double what I usually take so I have to cut the pills, but was not aware of this. If I didn’t catch it I would take double my dose and likely deplete my blood pressure. They should be discussing medications with their patients, while I’ll caught this some people with poor eye sight and not able to read the letters ... read more
Always good service here
This place is really terrible, they are very rude, slow, nonchalant. They literally do not care and have zero customer service. Stood in front of this lady for more than 20min and she kept walking past without even saying anything to me. Some of them do not know their job, I don’t think the pharmacist herself knows her job, she seems confused. She was literally eating while people were waiting she sat in front of her computer eating lol. This place is a zero!!
I've had positive experiences with all the reception staff. They are usually quite busy juggling phone calls, helping patients, etc. Most of the doctors are very caring. A couple that I saw were not. I just make sure to not go to them. Everyone's experience is different but mine has been mostly positive, especially with the female doctors. It's best to make an appointment I find to get in and out fairly quickly. If that's not possible, go in right at 10 am when they open.
