I gotta say the kindness of the staff was the only good thing. I got in and it started off great. Got my x-rays and then was directed to a room. I was told someone would be with me in 10 minutes. 50 minutes go by… no joke. Someone comes in, checks my teeth a bit, then says they will be right back. They leave me lying down in the chair, so I assumed they would be back quick. Nope. They were another 25 minutes. I eventually sat up cause lying like that was so uncomfortable. I had the same root canal done twice here, I kept returning for complications on recent root canal, Dr. Roberts assured the pain i was having around the recent installed root canal cap was minor and it was my gums "adjusting" to newly installed crown, she recommend an antiseptic mouthwash, well that wasn't working with the minor complications, I was still in minor pain, I didn't want to return back for complications i was having because nothing was being resolved, called an emergency dentist, booked appointment and was seen ... read more
Very nice staff! Exam and cleaning was quick, no issues.
Dr. Marella is awesome. She was aware of my fears and made my visit as pain free as possible and was very gentle and patient with me. I highly recommend her as a dentist!
