The doctor is good but reception is the worst. How is it that people who came in after me as a walk in get in before me. And the receptionist will lie to your face about it
I don't know what the hell these bad reviews are about. Every time I come here everyone is very nice and the doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. Maybe if you have unrealistic expectations about how the world works then good luck in life. You will leave bad reviews at every doctors office.
THIS CLINIC WILL MISGENDER YOU and has no respect for trans people. Regardless of if pronouns are provided or even asked for the doctors will use assigned gender when speaking to you and when they complete sick notes and other documents. It's disgusting.
The one star is for reception!!! I went to Dr.Elmestri since 2021 I have very serious chronic illnesses he was ok at 1st but in the last 2 years every time I went in I wanted to let him know about my health issues Dr.Elmestri would literally wave his hand at me signaling me to shut up, so he could look at his computer he was only friendly when I just wanted refills.
