☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with Dr Aida and the communication from this clinic. I had a phone appointment with Dr Aida on Tuesday 28th July at 10:20am. She called, but my phone only rang once, and when I tried to answer, the call was disconnected. I immediately called the clinic four times to let them know and request another call, but later I was told the doctor had already left. I visited the clinic this morning for a blood test and was very disappointed with my experience. The staff member who called my number was rude and impolite from the start. They speed up in front of me to the room, sat down facing the wall, and I was left sitting behind them looking at their back. The room setup itself felt awkward and disrespectful. Twice this year I have been prescribed the WRONG medication. The first was 4 times the dose, risk of overdose. The second was entirely the wrong medication even after asking me a question twice that the answer precluded me from ever needing it, risk of cancer!!! A medication that I specifically went in for, waited 4 months for a prescription. Another, I thought I was leaving with, arrived at the chemist, not my prescription!!!
