Terrible experience. I repeatedly requested a generic referral over multiple calls for more than a week, but the clinic sent the wrong one because one of the receptionists noted down the wrong instructions which clearly shows how much she was listening while I was speaking. I was constantly chasing updates because they would miss my call and then call me back during work hours, I even got given an inaccurate ETA on the referral. We have been very fortunate to have Dr Nookala as our family doctor for the past five years. She is knowledgeable, caring and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Dr Nookala consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and has been incredibly supportive whenever we have needed assistance. My family feels very well cared for and is in excellent hands with her.
Very very extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist. I called up to enquire about what type of cryotherapy (spray/ cottonbud) they offer in the clinic. I was forced to make an appt with the doctor to find out when she could clearly check with the staff for me. I was told that the doctors were too busy n that I should call the chemist up for a spray myself?!!!! Very unhelpful n unreasonable receptionist
