I have been asked from a staff from the hospital that i need an additional referal letter and mention urgent in the letter so they can perform the test before my next appointment to see the specialist in 3 weeks. My regular GP is away until May so i booked to see Dr Aza instead. When i tried to explain my problem but she didn't listen. She cut me off a few times while i was explaining and she refused to provide what the hospital request or my need. The way she talks is so rude. She made me so stress. I’ve been using this medical center due to its late opening hours, which suit my schedule. However, my experiences here have been consistently disappointing. The receptionist (a lady with glasses whom I’ve seen multiple times) has been rude and doesn’t even look up when speaking to patients. Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Anita and ended up waiting for over an hour with no acknowledgment or empathy for the delay. As a result, I missed an important client meeting. Staff are not trained on their own billing processes. I was told there would be a $50 fee for my first visit with no rebate, but subsequent visits would be bulk billed. I agreed to this. I came in for a female issue with Dr Yalda and had an uncomfortable test done. As someone with trauma, this was already a stressful situation, but I must say she was lovely and understanding. I had a very disrespectful experience from reception staff . There was a lady who spoke to me as if I couldn't speak English. I felt discriminated against because English is my second language. It is very disappointing considering that we are in the 21st century and Australia is a country full of multiculturalism. If you have the opportunity to go to this place, miss it

We are new to Melbourne and my partner had to see a nurse today for a wound follow up for her broken ankle. We see the Nurse and her name was Mary. I would have her and so would my wife as our nurse anytime. Mary was so much fun and very gentle and caring. THANK YOU Mary.
