Very very extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist. I called up to enquire about what type of cryotherapy (spray/ cottonbud) they offer in the clinic. I was forced to make an appt with the doctor to find out when she could clearly check with the staff for me. I was told that the doctors were too busy n that I should call the chemist up for a spray myself?!!!! Very unhelpful n unreasonable receptionist
If you like waiting an hour past your scheduled appointment, then this is the medical centre for you. My family and I have given them multiple chances and it's the same every single time. No consideration for people's schedules or plans. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible service. The whole practice should be ashamed of themselves. If you can't handle the volume of patients, then don't book so many appointments.
I had a good experience. Dr Mohamed Javid was clear and very nice.
I have been going to Edgewater to see my regular GP Dr. Mozdeh Moshiri who has been taking care of me for over 3 years. I've now moved much further away from the locality, but I still feel the safest and most confident when I am able to access my regular GP. A huge thank you to Dr. Mozdeh and the Edgewater staff - they have truly been exceptional in their service and support. :)
Dr. Mozdeh Moshiri is our regular GP and we started going to her while living in Maribyrnong. Despite moving to Tarneit we make the trip to only see her cause she has been honestly exceptional. Highly, highly recommend.
