This was my first visit so not sure about the doctor yet, though she seemed quite pleasant. Reception staff were extremely nice and efficient.
Kirstie is the best.. very positive friendly and confident makes me feel comfortable when getting my ears syringed- as always a successful result
Not a review on the medical center itself but the associated pathology collection center. Waited over an hour to get my samples done. There is a system where you take a number and wait. However some people just chose to immediately stand up and push their way into the collection room and cut the line. This happened multiple times. Phlebotomist needs to be more strict because this isn’t fair to others.
Dr John referring me to ENT specialist.
Excellent practice. Can’t fault anything, from the ladies on reception through to the Dr. Always a 10/10 service. Thank you
