Everyone was very nice and concerned. They couldn't do enough for me to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I will go back to them instead of going to the emergency room at Advent. Thank you so much for the excellent care.
My visiting granddaughter came to dinner from her room complaining of a sore throat and general malaise. I got her in the car and took her to MedFast Urgent Care Center in Edgewater, Florida. They were only about 45 minutes from closing so we worked fast to fill out the forms and get her seen. We received incredible assistance from the person at the front desk (unfortunately I failed to get her name). My granddaughter had no insurance locally so it was all “self-pay”. Genuinely best doctors experience i ever had. Showed up an hour before closing with no appointment and they were the best customer satisfaction I could have gotten. From the front desk to the doctor they all definitely exceeded expectations
Staff was friendly and courteous Short wait time Provider took time to.explain problem and treatment. Very satisfied with service and treatment.
They were fast, curious, and Knowledgeable. The para was willing to do anything she could to ease my discomfort even though she was no too familiar with the cause. I am back on the road to recovery and very grateful.
