The weren’t helpful over the phone prior to us going into the facility when we asked if they took our insurance. They followed up that poor service by writing a prescription to a Walgreens that wasn’t even open.
Went to check out a diagnosis of lingering cold symptoms. Did a swab test which ruled out flu and covid. Likelihood is an Orlando 3 night stay may have contributed to an unhealthy air environment, with possible exposure to mold. Was given several prescriptions to hasten recovery of sinus and cough issues related to health conditions.
Very pleasant experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I was seen quickly and am very satisfied. Thank you.
