This is our 3rd time staying at Mabel's House. It's a great location and serene environment. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, making it ideal for both couples and families. As an added bonus, Mabel's Pantry offers a delicious breakfast. In addition, you can check out the sister property across the street, the Breakwater Inn. I highly recommend both properties. While you're in the area, be sure to have dinner at Mabel's Restaurant, a local's favorite.

I was delighted when I came across Mabel’s House during my Summer travel research and planning. The place looks absolutely beautiful and relaxing. I immediately called to reserve a room. Unfortunately, when I informed the receptionist that I have a trained service animal traveling with me her response was “we don’t allow pets”. I let her know that she is a medically trained service animal, I need her with me at all times and she is not a pet to which to continued to let me know that no pets are allowed. Maine - The Way Life Should Be at Mabel’s House This is the second year we have stayed at this property. It's located in a quiet section of town. The rooms are well-maintained, clean and comfortable. A continental breakfast is served every morning. Every staff member is gracious, friendly, and helpful. Bikes and kayaks are available for guests. Parking is convenient.
