We’ve stayed at The Edgewater 2 years in a row now. We absolutely love it there & the location is perfect! Terry is the Mgr. & is so friendly & funny It’s in a quiet area of N Myrtle & suits us just fine. The rooms are comfortable & clean. We’ll continue to stay there when we go back to Myrtle Beach

CANNOT REACH OFFICE For 2 weeks!!!! VM FULL. NO ANSWER. Is nice Owner Terri ok? 866# it directs you to sounds like a scam, they hang up every time.... gave 5 stars from visit last year.
My flight was cancelled by AMERICAN AIRLINES on the night of July 1st the next day I was due to check- in. I have been refunded for the flight and rental car! But the hotel has made it impossible for me to get a refund, they have a full phone messages where no messages can be sent, no one answers the phone, plus 3escalated emails sent with no response from the hotel. Now I have rate them a one and hopefully this gets EDGE WATER INN’s attention. Please respond, I will not give- up.
