CANNOT REACH OFFICE For 2 weeks!!!! VM FULL. NO ANSWER. Is nice Owner Terri ok? 866# it directs you to sounds like a scam, they hang up every time.... gave 5 stars from visit last year.
My flight was cancelled by AMERICAN AIRLINES on the night of July 1st the next day I was due to check- in. I have been refunded for the flight and rental car! But the hotel has made it impossible for me to get a refund, they have a full phone messages where no messages can be sent, no one answers the phone, plus 3escalated emails sent with no response from the hotel. Now I have rate them a one and hopefully this gets EDGE WATER INN’s attention. Please respond, I will not give- up.
Just stayed here over the weekend, the location to the Beach is perfect. You can sit on the top patio, eat and see the Beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional!
Definitely a winner. Will return everytime I go to N Myrtle Beach, SC. GREAT from the front desk to the owner. Comfortable, clean and close to everything. Felt very safe there
