I received a last minute brake pad and rotor change, from Dave and Bryan. I cannot express how refreshing it is to be a woman and to go to a car shop and be both heard and respected. They always do a phenomenal job on my car and as individuals that listen and help in every way they can. Not to mention, they never try to overprice or up charge you, which is a huge bonus.
Edgewater Imports is absolutely the best. Every employee goes out of their way to help! Very nice, kind and genuinely care about my needs! Brian, proprietor, is my go-to because he's genuinely a great person! Everytime I've gone with a problem, I'm promptly taken care of, I noticed that most all who stop are as well. Just purchased a nice Q5 at a very fair price. Bryan is a no pressure straight forward salesman, making the buying process easy. Is very knowledgeable and experienced with VWs and Audi's.
If you need to do anything car related you definitely NEED to visit this shop. They are very friendly, honest and professional in everything they offer in both Sales or Service!! The owner and his staff are really nice people who are easy to deal with and the service is awesome!! :) 5 STARS!
I was severely overcharged. I paid $1358 for inspection and emissions, replacement of door handles. However when I got my car back the gas gauge, and taillight did not work.
