The poor patient care is alarming. Dr. Metchick's decisions led to surgery needed to fix her negligence. This is not a space provider.
Don’t bother with this establishment. For starters, they have 1 in particular extremely rude customer service receptionist … plus, they have a way to get your money (for which was overcharged from what was written on the sign up contract) then they like to string you along only to decide after months that they will not provide the service you came in for. I never have any issues here. The staff and Dr. Metchick are great. Switched to this office because my previous Dr. dismissed all of my concerns. Found out my concerns were valid after Dr. Metchick listened to me and ordered tests and ultra sounds.
Dr. Metchik is amazing! She was the first Dr in over 20 years that actually listened when I told her what I was living with. Highly recomend.
