Was a great dental experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Explanations provided for everything along with up front expectations and pricing. I went in for a routine exam and asked about Invisalign. There was no need for a separate appointment. They were able to give me a quote before I left which is super helpful. Also, there was a potential cavity forming, but instead of having to make an appointment to have it come back and fixed, the doctor was able to put medicine on it to help restore the tooth.
My experience with Edgewater was very good. It’s changed a lot but it’s all good. Brittany did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and giving me tips on how to floss my teeth. Dr Gigi (I guess I spelled it right) was very good as well. One time I came to Edgewater the dentist was in my room 20 seconds and charged me because she is not in my network. The girls in the front sorry I can’t remember names were very helpful and welcoming. Thank you Edgewater.
Great hygienist and doctor here
very poor communication between office and TMJ specialist. Has been weeks and still no success in getting referral over to specialist office. Many excuses and no follow up. I'm done with Edgewater family dental
