Place is horrible. Management is a joke. Work 3 days a week. Threaten you with fines for the craziest things. The gates been broken for 3 months and now we can’t get in. Lived in the Edgewater for over 8 years now. Lots of ongoing improvements have been made to make the community beautiful. Everything negative other people are saying happened over 5 years ago. The community has really improved on listening to the residents needs and suggestions. Amenities are top notch and never overcrowded. Neighbors are friendly and I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else.
We have managed for over 15 years a couple apartments in Edgewater and overtime we found it is one of the best run gated communities in broward county. It is noticeable the constant care of the common areas, lawn, gardens, trees/plants, painting of buildings and hallways, and clean recreational areas such as pools, gym, tennis courts and kids play ground. I've been living here for a month and a half now and have had only positive experiences with the community and my landlords. Any kind of work that I ever need done is taken care of asap and usually someone will come within a couple of hours. The neighbors and everyone living in my building are very friendly and have helped me on multiple occasions with groceries or bringing in other bulk items.
