I’ve been here for nearly two years.. 1. There is always cutting grass, blowing leaves or commenting they’re “maintaining” going on at 8:00 am EVERY OTHER DAY. It’s like we cannot sleep in all. 2. Furthermore the violations: garbage disposal (stops working often) people put their garbage outside of the disposal (about 50 bags) we did too and we got a violation .. understood. This community is the best, it’s so clean and I love living here 🥰Evelyn, Martha, Carolina, and Nancy are the best & I’m so thankful!!
If you like communist then this community would be a great fit. They always want everyone to comply with what they want but if you have an issue and need help they dont give a damn about helping their residents. Super expensive rents and everything super strict. Totally not worth it.
