Don’t do it. RUN away. They are one of the nastiest HOAs in the area, and use unethical practices to coerce residents into doing what they want. If you live here, check the local, state, and federal laws. You’ll find that many of their demands aren’t legally acceptable. They’re just hoping people don’t know that. Additionally, these buildings are falling apart, and weren’t well maintained for a long time. Great location! Safe and quiet neighborhood. Well kept landscaping and amenity areas. Family and pet friendly!
Great location, best place to live. The neighbors stay to them selves. Very clean. Nice views. Close walking distance to a lot of public areas, shopping, site seeing, or just trying to jog off that morning coffee. I love it there. One of my favorite places I lived. I miss it a lot. Great memories. Not to mention pet friendly and no crime. Safe place to live.
