In the process of moving in here the HOA refused to allow our uhaul box delivery despite also not providing us with the HOA rules. The HOA board representatives we spoke too tried acting all nice saying they were trying to protect us from the management company towing our boxes but once they left the uhaul driver confirmed that the reps had threatened her and were going to trespass her and call the police. Don’t do it. RUN away. They are one of the nastiest HOAs in the area, and use unethical practices to coerce residents into doing what they want. If you live here, check the local, state, and federal laws. You’ll find that many of their demands aren’t legally acceptable. They’re just hoping people don’t know that. Additionally, these buildings are falling apart, and weren’t well maintained for a long time.
