BEWARE Next Tenants For anyone who wants to live in Edgewater 1705-25 I would highly NOT recommend it. The upstairs neighbors are extremely rude and have 2 young children who love to run back and forth. They are always home and it will never be quiet. I have tried on multiple occasions to talk to them about the noise but they would refuse to open the door. Beware neighbors who move in anywhere NOT TOP FLOOR. These apartments SHAKE like a drum and can literally reverberate upon every move from the upstairs level. The walls are thin and old, turning the entire apartment into an echo chamber. Rented 1705 #25 and on day one was woken up to such a terrible experience: so loud, so shaken, non-stop. We rented a lower-level corner unit at 1708 for a year and experienced ongoing moisture and mold issues. While there, there was visible mold on the floors and baseboards in both bedrooms and the living room. In the process of moving in here the HOA refused to allow our uhaul box delivery despite also not providing us with the HOA rules. The HOA board representatives we spoke too tried acting all nice saying they were trying to protect us from the management company towing our boxes but once they left the uhaul driver confirmed that the reps had threatened her and were going to trespass her and call the police.
