Beware neighbors who move in anywhere NOT TOP FLOOR. These apartments SHAKE like a drum and can literally reverberate upon every move from the upstairs level. The walls are thin and old, turning the entire apartment into an echo chamber. Rented 1705 #25 and on day one was woken up to such a terrible experience: so loud, so shaken, non-stop. BEWARE Next Tenants For anyone who wants to live in Edgewater 1705-25 I would highly NOT recommend it. The upstairs neighbors are extremely rude and have 2 young children who love to run back and forth. They are always home and it will never be quiet. I have tried on multiple occasions to talk to them about the noise but they would refuse to open the door. They even wait at their car until we would go into our unit before they would leave their car. They were so unwilling to have us confront them. I had to repeatedly knock a... read more

We rented a lower-level corner unit at 1708 for a year and experienced ongoing moisture and mold issues. While there, there was visible mold on the floors and baseboards in both bedrooms and the living room. Later, the kitchen sustained water damage from a leak, and mold appeared behind the stove, in cabinets, under the sink, and in the pantry.
