It’s an older building that shows its age in the units and common areas but it is clean. Great view of the beach. It’s priced fairly low so it’s a good value.
I come here often. It has amazing views as it is perfectly seated on the beachfront
Great location. Nice clean place. The management company or great communicate very well.
Great view of gulf
Was on 3rd floor; excellent views and condo looked upgraded. Elevator worked every time. Access to beach was off the back of condo thru the pool up a short ramp. Pool had wash off shower and single bathroom, which made it nice to clean off. Condo was very clean when we arrived. The only downfall would be the roudyness of people above you.
