I had a appointment scheduled at Edgewater animal Hospital they said that don’t have anything scheduled for tomorrow what a big joke 😂
Had great care from Dr. Jeffries when faced with a sudden illness in our dog. The staff and vet techs were amazing and compassionate, in addition to providing great care. Sadly, Dr Jeffries left the practice and our first experience with the office and Dr Whitten was less than stellar. It is now impossible to get a same day appointment when your pet is sick, instead being offered the option for drop off — supposedly to squeeze in the exam between scheduled appointments.
