Edgewater animal hospital tech staff and Dr Whitten are all wonderful. In a pinch they always seem to squeeze my dogs in. They treat their furry patients kindly and with a gentle touch. They take the time to listen, understand and treat my dogs every visit. Thank you all for everything you do!
Everyone here is very kind and excellent with animals and with communication. I appreciated how skilled they were at helping my cat feel calm and safe while there. My cat needed dental surgery and they did a wonderful job. Luna is making a quick recovery and clearly feeling much happier and more energetic than she was pre-surgery. They are very transparent around pricing and gave me accurate quotes. I am very grateful to have found this veterinarian office.
Edgewater has always been our go to vet office. Dr Whitten saved our tubbs life when he ate a toy and the strings were all wrapped up in him. We've always trusted the team there and they've always taken care of our pups including "tubbs" who is a whole headache to do anything too. They're busy for a reason, because the people in rockbridge trust them.
Dr. Whitten and her staff have been my saving grace more times than one. They are truly AMAZING! I have been going here for many many years with all three of my doggos. Staff is very friendly,knowledgeable,and caring. They treat your animals as if they were one of their own every time you walk through those doors. You will always be in good hands at Edgewater!
They are a great veterinarian office The last two Appointments that we had were made the same day fit in , and we didn't have to wait long. They took good care of our animals each and every time very pleasant staff , they keep you informed. Very reasonably priced for what they had to do. Would recommend.
