I’m putting this bad review up as I’m trying to contact them to make changes to my booking and I can’t get through to them, please help me and wotif website rectify a mistake I can’t be hold accountable for
Either there is no Wifi or they made it extremely hard to find a password, and there is no reception to ask (despite Google clearly stating there is free Wifi). The only way to check in is to collect the keys all the way in East Geelong park, which the only ways to easily get there from this hotel is by either driving or using Taxi/Rideshare. So if you’re a tourist who came here by public transport and needed a place to stay the night, this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, great comfort beds and greatly renovated.
Stayed in their 2 bedroom apartment and the shower had black mould. Had to wipe down all tables and benches , rewash the dishes and cutlery, . No WiFi, no top sheets on beds, no dryer as advertised and paid alot to stay there. Only good thing its close to the waterfront and restaurants. Nit happy stay away.
