I would avoid this place. A parent moved in here, and as they were moving in, water began pouring from the ceiling in their hallway. They had the hvac person listed on inspection paperwork that signed off on it come in and "put some glue on the pan" saying it was good, and it was leaking again within 48 hours. Had 2 other hvac companies look at it and both told them it needs replacement... and where it's located it needs to be cut out. That's not even the worst of it.
