Edges didn't have my part on hand, but the two gentlemen sent me to someone who did. They also went out of their way to give me the specific part number to have on hand for calling to inquire. Good people. Great service.
I had a DIY issue installing a dimmer switch for a new LED fixture. I took the problem switch to Edges prepared to purchase a new one. The two guys at the desk treated me professionally without making me feel “dumb”. They also looked at the switch, figured out what mistakes I made and told me to try their suggestions before purchasing a new one. Alleluia, they identified the issue and saved this DIY’er. Thanks Guys.
