We stayed here 2 nights for my son's wedding at the St Bernard Hotel and it was perfect! Very spacious and the 3 bedrooms each have an ensuite. We stayed in the Bellbird Lodge which is situated right next to a beautiful creek and waterfall. Absolutely gorgeous!! Idyllic location for a peaceful getaway with St Bernard's close by for meals or a drink overlooking the magical hinterland! Will def be back!!!
The place was beautiful and convenient for my Son's wedding weekend on the 28th June, 2025 being held at Wynmere Estate directly across the road. 2 lodges were booked, the Lyrebird and the King parrot to accommodate the Groom, Groomsmen and family. Our stay was let down by the owner Warren Morton, who was advised on the 24th Oct, 2024 that we would require a late check out for both lodges the day of the wedding, however only one late checkout was applied to the Lyrebird lodge. My wife and I booked the King Parrot Lodge on the 24th October 2024 for 2 days on the 26th June to 28th June for my son's wedding. A request for a late checkout (day of the wedding) was clearly stated in the text of the 24th October text. A few weeks before the wedding I confirmed with Edges Lodge my booking and late checkout. Warren Morton refused to confirm the late checkout even though it was very clear in the October text - which also contained a copy of the deposit receipt.
