incompetent drs. went in for my ankle to be looked at, they did x-rays and said it was fine and that it was fine to walk on. ended up needing a specialists because my heel was fractured and it showed in there x-ray then they had me walking on it. i asked for crutches when they sent me out the door and was told i didn't need it. 3 months on a scooter with no weight bearing all because of incompetent drs.
I went to the Edgerton Hospital seeking care for a foot injury a few weeks ago and received excellent care. The nurses, technicians and doctor were friendly and competent. There were four patients in the ER at the time — a lot for a small facility — but this didn’t seem to impact their ability to provide timely, quality care. They provided bedside x-rays which showed that I had broken my foot in 3 places. The few times I went there I was the only one in the parking lot and in the waiting room so obviously they would rather do whatever then be compassionate and help people! The last time Dr. David Robert Anthony didn’t even remember (only 5 minutes later) what part of my body he looked at and the nurse made things up trying to cover his horrible manner. Worst service I've ever had If you need anything please go somewhere else. The normal doctor on call here barely seems to speak English and really doesn't care what you have to say. The nurses handling billing don't seem to understand anything. I had to go through three people before anyone knew what Medicare was and months later I am still trying to undo whatever it is they did as they didn't actually bill insurance because according to them Medicare hospital benefits don't exist even though I have a card that says Medicare... read more
