I want to start by saying that nurse Zach was incredible. He did an excellent job calming Linkyn down, was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely helpful throughout what was already a very stressful situation. I am very grateful for the way he treated my child. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Miller was completely different. I was scheduled for hip replacement surgery Aug 12th. I drove 100 miles today for a ct and care class only to find out they canceled my surgery due to insurance not approving the hospital. No one bothered to call me. I have been debilitated since April. What does a damn phone call take? What about my child’s airline ticket bought and paid for so she can be here? What about my quality of life?

Single worst experience with medical billing we’ve ever experienced. Somehow this place bills for urgent care and outpatient services for the same visit. Now counting SIX go arounds trying to get them to understand no other hospital operates this way.

Dr Miller is brilliant, I wish he could be our doctor outside Edgerton Hospital. He made sure to contact my other doctor from a recent surgery even though it was not business hours. Kudos for him. Here's the 1 star rub: I went there as an emergency with heart attack symptoms, I went there also thinking that if I was having a heart attack, at least there would be people there that can do something about it. They told me they would not be able to do very much and would have to have an ambulance come from Madison because they d... read more

My elderly father stayed here after hip surgery. He loved the food and also liked the level of care. He still raves about the eggs benedict even years later. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
