They gave My order out to someone else. And when I went in there to pick it up, they claimed I had already picked it up and looked at me like I was crazy and they also tried to double charge me as well. I had ordered a week and some change in advanced and Had paid then! I was supposed to pick up my order the evening prior and when I went in there to pick it up, they looked at me like I was crazy and like I had just ordered the day before! This business has poor management and poor record keeping. I will not be back.
I have been sending my amazing mother in law birthday flowers from Edgerton for years! I am always so impressed with the quality. Thank you for helping me celebrate my MIL from many states away!
It should have been a small surprise for the best person in my life, I sent them an email explaining that he’s new in Blackstone, he’s a PhD student, his birthday is soon, I need advices but I got no reply, so I decided to make an order anyway through their website, and then few days after I receive this email, that they will refund me so basically refused my order without any explanation, I mean.. you could have sent an email or replied to mine .. awful experience.
