Dr. How is an incredible dentist. I’ve been going to him for years and he’s by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. Any work he has done on my teeth has been painless and he clearly explains each procedure he is doing. The Edgemont Village location is very convenient and his entire staff is extremely kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. How.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for almost 30 years, and now I bring my kids here. Dr. How is an excellent dentist and is great with adults and kids alike. The staff are very friendly, helpful and organized. I have read a couple of the negative reviews and I believe the authors are talking about a different dental clinic in the area. There is no “Dr. Monaghan” at Edgemont Village Dental Centre. I have reported those reviews to Google but no action has been taken.
Charges for PPE, gives clients products under the pretense of being a free sample, then bills them for it later. Grift. Likes to put lots of temporary fillings in. Why all the endless temporary this and that? Having put in temporary fillings requires patients to make a second visit. What for? Do the job properly and do it once! How about "no charge for this work, you're covered" then by the time the appt is done, oh sorry you gotta pay. Really!? Appears to be not dealing with C-19 very well. Once was OK, not any more IMHO.
