Terrible customer service, placed two orders, one on hold says no longer available, one canceled by company. emailed them multiple times to cancel other on hold, no response. If the item is no longer available, why still advertised on your website. Just terrible way of doing business.
I am very pleased to have found EPRI. Finding replacements for my Johnson T460 thermostats is not easy and to be able to have them restored makes great sense not only cost wise but equally important for our, or my aesthetic. Great communication and service.
