So we had Bob Dylan as our sales rep, yes you read that correctly, so he wasn’t that Bob Dylan but his service was just as outstanding. He wasn’t patient as we asked tons of stupid questions (it is our first time buying a tractor), never once making us feel out of place, he explained all of the options we were looking at over and over not moving on until he was sure we understood.
