Very disappointed with the poor customer service and support that Edge offers after the sale. Everything looks great until the purchase is completed, but once you become a customer, getting proper help and responses becomes extremely frustrating. If you are planning to buy a home through Edge, think multiple times before making your decision. Customer experience after the sale matters just as much as the buying process, and unfortunately that has been a huge letdown in my experience.

We moved into our condo in June 2025 and three months later our bathroom sink fell out of the countertop. Now in April 2026, our kitchen sink fell out. When we moved in there was construction trash left behind and scratches on the floors and countertops. Would not recommend.
If i could give a negative star review i would. DO NOT BUY a new construction home by edge homes. We purchased a brand new build and moved in at the beginning of March. Since then, our drive way had to be completely torn out, water turned off for days, our garage has flooded twice, car scratched the entire side by a contractor, TWO sprinkler system leaks in our living room.
