More Updates for anyone coming here. Edge refuses fix the damage that has occurred over numerous rainstorms. The sliding glass door they installed (not well, obviously) has separated from the house and every time it rains, our kitchen floods with water. We now can see water damage in the paint on the walls and the floor is coming up. All from rain that keeps coming in and because we are "out of warranty" Edge won't do anything. I do not recommend building with Edge. Everything in our home was built extremely poorly and cheaply. We are in a single family, two-story home. We've had many issues with hvac, paint, house vibrations, noise transfer, etc. For example, they touched up all the walls and doors with paints of different sheen and color, and after multiple complains, they just said "well, we can't repaint the whole house". There are also paint drips everywhere, and the paint in our stair railing is peeling off. Several of our rooms don't cool of... read more

4 year original owner review here. Floors squeak in multiple places. This requires taking out your flooring and putting screws next to the nails. Shouldn’t need done on a house less than 5 years old. I’ve had to do it multiple rooms. And hiring the carpet stretching out multiple times gets expensive. Drywall. I have multiple places where the drywall screws went through the paper and starts to push the mud out so you can see it.
