Customer service needs a lot of work, I called to get some information and the woman on the phone was less than helpful. She answered the phone not with a friendly greeting or even a “hello”, but with a monotone and unenthusiastic “edge homes.” When I asked the question I had, she answered with a clearly annoyed tone and a very vague response. Then when I thanked her and said goodbye she simply hung up the phone. Not a very good first impression for anybody considering to use this company, I would suggest getting a new recep... read more

Buying our Edge home with our wonderful agent, McKaylee, was a great experience! She went above and beyond to help us select the perfect home. Her constant communication and willingness to show us home at the drop of a hat helped us choose a beautiful house that we have loved living in! Do you love being lied to? Do you love agents ignoring texts? Do you love home warranty not being followed? Then yay, edge homes is the best company for you!!! Please use them if you want to regret it Alec lied to us about a park being built next to our neighborhood. We picked this specific community because he specifically told us about this park and even showed us it on a map! Super cool of you bud. Edge doesn’t care though.
