Loved working with Ammon the sales agent and Brennon, our builder, did a fantastic job at building the home. Update 6 years in. After years of living in the home we had never had a bad rainstorm until a few months ago. A few days after the storm the bathroom started to stink and we noticed some paint had water damage. Behind the drywall we found mold so we called edge. I’d like to remind all you potential buyers that two years ago due to their shoddy construction one of thier previous homes fell off a hill into a trail because they built houses on a slope that they knew wasn’t safe to build on. If you compared ddr Horton to this company u would rather go with Dr Horton knowing how crappy they are

I bought my condo with Edgehome, but they've disappointed me. It's difficult to get them to respond to emergency repair requests. I had a leak in my bathroom, and it took almost a week for them to get back to me. Now one of the curtains in my living room is falling down, and they haven't answered the phone lines that are supposedly 24/7. Now I have a problem with the HOA.
