The office staff was very sweet . We are new to the area so it means a lot to us to meet kind, friendly people when we walk in a new office. The doctor is outstanding. Our furbaby happened to be having a bad day on her first visit. He and his assistant were very nice. The doctor is very knowledgeable and treated her so well. He made xrays and explained everything he was doing and showed us the x-ray pictures. He was sincerely concerned about her, and we will be returning this week for a checkup before the weekend. If you are using a Spay/Neuter Voucher and your out of pocket expenses are a concern, do not waste your time here. They require a "pre-surgical exam, heartworm testing and feline leukemia/AIDS testing" prior to the sterilization surgery appointment. The county voucher only covers the cost of sterilization, rabies vaccine and microchipping so their required pre-surgical appointment and testing will come out of the client's pocket. Not a great vet to take pure breed pups to! Took 9 Belgian Malinois and almost lost a few due to meds not given right. Emergency and they were closed for a whole week. Leave you on hold over 10 min. Take your beloved babies to Johnston Animal Hospital with Dr Rauton! He saved my babies. Never had a problem!!! Be warned!
