Tell me why this company refuses to release my father’s boat to him after 4 months and being paid $2000? It’s unprofessional to send your customers photos of your family and physical body injury as an excuse for why my father can not retrieve his property. This company picked up everything and moved their location to covington without prior notice to their customers. Called them to get new jets or carburetors on my 40 hp Mercury. Was quoted $600 which eventually became $1200 worth of repairs which started with carburetors and then I was told needed starter, stator, water fuel filter and some wiring. I was fine with the charges cuz I did approve them, but i thought the boat was sea worthy! I had to go out of town and was not able to use the boat until several weeks later. These guys are a nightmare. I called and said yes I have a 25-ft boat I need starter and motor and everything hooked up. they said yeah sure we can do that bring it on in so I drove 40 minutes there pulling my boat and dropped it off for them to work on . they called me a few days later and said come pick up your boat we're not going to work on it.
