I loved them....for awhile. I have 2 of them at different locations. about 3 weeks ago one of them stopped working. They have not returned any phone calls or emails. I am wondering if they went out of business, since the web page still shows labor day sales, and labor day was a couple of weeks ago. That said, they keep sending me marketing emails to get me to buy another plunge?!?!
Love the idea of the tubs but we have two and they always seem to have a problem and have had to send them back 3 times so far with replacements. We’ve had the last one down since Aug 30 and it’s Sept 10th with no email response or call back from a message follow up. Call both sales and customer service lines and they both go straight to voicemail during the business hours they say they’re open. Super bummed, they’re not cheap and we purchased the warranty.
Not only are their cold tubs the REAL deal, but the customer support is unmatched! Every employee I talked to was friendly and super helpful.
