I have no issue with how quick Dave was to respond to my phone calls, come to give an estimate, and how fast he was to order, receive, and install my awning. I have a major issue with how unprofessional Dave was during the final process. Dave does not like to be called and asked when he is planning to come install the awning. He showed up at my house and was annoyed my gate was locked, even though he never told me he was coming to install on the day he arrived.
