I have tried calling everyday this week to try and schedule an appointment not a single person answered the phone. This place will NOT be getting any of my business. Pathetic on how they can “be open until 6PM” but not have a single person to answer the phone.

Ive scheduled 2 appointments online and both of them were rescheduled due to an inconvenience with scheduling. They sent me an email for the first one 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I already drove there and was in the parking lot waiting. The second one they emailed me a couple hours before my scheduled appointment time and canceled it. When they're open they do a great job. When you schedule an appointment it has a 930 am time slot but they don't open until 10 am. On facebook it says they're open at 9 am.

Been trying to call since yesterday to cancel and reschedule an appointment, but no answer it just keeps ringing. 🤷‍♀️ I don’t know if they been super busy or if the phones are down.

Edge Salon and Edge Academy needs to update their hours. They are NOT open Fridays at 10 AM. I went up on a Friday at 10AM, only to find the place closed. I wonder if they weren't opening until 10:30, in which case this google search reading OPENS at 10 AM needs amending. Did get reply to clarify they are open on Fridays, but still don't know the hours.
