We have gone to Ruth to sell in the local area yet again. You can't have a better agent. Ruth is extremely active in helping to sell a house. From professional advise on how to present the property, to marketing and follow through. One of the things I most appreciated was the personal update nearly immediately after open houses.
Highly disappointing experience dealing with this agent. Failed to disclose existing damage in the roof and walls of the house from past termite infestation, but was very happy to take our holding deposit. When the damage was discovered (along with a full page of major defaults) in our building and pest inspection, we were met with a flurry of confusing and conflicting information, and ultimately found more evidence of damage than what was initially discovered.
