Absolutely horrible. They sold me a new bike with almost no gas in it. I called about a warranty repair they had me Travel over an hour away to only tell me at the store the warranty was no good. Would have been nice to not to waste my time and fuel but they didn't care about that just that I brought it down to hopefully pay them for service. Rot in pig shit cunts.
Update: I did get a call from the tech working on my bike today. He gave me a fair and honest update on the status of the bike. It was the first time I've had anyone at Edge contact me so I will come back and provide a final assessment once my experience is complete. I have a Suzuki Boulevard that I brought in for a manufacturer recall and a full service. At drop off I was told it would be "about 2 weeks." This was on Aug 22nd. Randy and Bryan helped me out with a new sled and some riding gear. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I agree with other reviews: they are a no pressure sales team and seem to care about their customers. Also, they came across as a team of salesmen rather than all for one. I highly recommend them!
Just recently purchased a new KTM 250 from these guys. I couldn’t have been happier with the service during the entire process. Matt in sales was excellent in following up and helping me obtain the bike that I wanted in a timely manner extremely professional. What I liked best about my experience was that I never felt pressured to purchase anything more than what I needed for my bike or skill level. Thanks you guys appreciate it and I highly recommend your dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used bike.

A friend bought a brand new KTM 350 SXF. After 8 hours, a fork seal started leaking oil badly. When he called them and told them about it they said they wouldn't fix it because he must have gotten dirt in it. DUH! BECAUSE THE SEAL FAILED! The service manager sucks. There are six of us that ride together and none of us will ever spend another dime at this place.
Came from another state to purchase our new toy. everyone was fantastic to work with and so helpful. The sales person was great helped with all questions, the tech who showed us all the new buttons, and of course the two people in accounting we awesome. All in all had a fantastic experience. Thanks again.

my husband has bought 2 bikes from there very amazing service they also run little kid races out at the racetracks just signed up for the summer series soo awesome love the edge good deals great service how could you ask for more;)
