I had a great experience at Edge McKinney following my knee replacement surgery. I typically worked with Katy and she was outstanding in the care and professionalism she showed each and every session. The other staff was great, as well. Very kind and compassionate.
I recently completed 6 weeks of PT at Edge PT in McKinney under the care of Katy Emery. She did an excellent job helping with my recovery from a hamstring injury. Katy has practical expertise to help with functional strengthening including some challenging exercises that helped my overall conditioning. My experience was very positive and I would recommend Katy & team at Edge.
Everyone at Edge Physical Therapy were amazing.I want to especially acknowledge Sandy at reception, she was always friendly, welcoming, organized, and helpful with scheduling and questions, her personality was very genuine. My husband went here for 6 treatments. He was treated for shoulder pain. With the treatment, he was offered minimal stretches and occasionally rode the bike (while the therapist enjoyed her breakfast). At the end of his sessions, they would then apply heat or ice. Flash forward a few weeks when we received the bill from insurance. Each time they provide heat (literally a heating pad) for 10 min, that was $170. Same fee for ice. Are you kidding me?!
