My husband went here for 6 treatments. He was treated for shoulder pain. With the treatment, he was offered minimal stretches and occasionally rode the bike (while the therapist enjoyed her breakfast). At the end of his sessions, they would then apply heat or ice. Flash forward a few weeks when we received the bill from insurance. Each time they provide heat (literally a heating pad) for 10 min, that was $170. Same fee for ice. Are you kidding me?! I have been a patient at this clinic for several years, and I want to start by saying the front desk staff and physical therapy assistants are absolutely wonderful—always kind, helpful, and professional.
