I've had to use this company for my work and Diabetes Supplies, always a pain in the ass, no one follows thru, went without sensors for 3 months the one time, and a month as of late. Decided to go to Medtronic pump and their sensors. It literally would almost give me a heart attack.dealing with this place.

I’ve had to use this supply company for 5 years. They are the worst thing I have to deal with for diabetes. Completely incompetent at the one job they have, which is getting medical supplies to patients who need them on time. They make more mistakes than times they get things right. If I had any other option I would take it. If your insurance doesn’t force you to use Edgepark please save yourself the suffering and go anywhere else.

I have been a customer for years with this company. But now I’m here to tell you the public and the business itself that I HATE this company. They have been short on every order for the past few years and the only reason I stayed with them is because I didn’t know how to leave, but come Monday I’m gone and I’m telling everybody I know to leave and find another company that treats you right 🖕🏿
