I want to apologize about my previous review of Edge Orthotics receptionist Heather. I was having a bad day plus i I was running late. When I arrived, she just said to me, she would have to check with the doctor to see if I could still be fit in, or had to be rebookedt. She actually did find a way to fit me in. She wasn’t rude to me. I was actually rude to her by making the bad review about her.. my apologies to the staff at this clinic as it is top-notch, and they are all very nice and professional

I never leave reviews but I find it's bugging me so I will this time. This is the second time I have received orthotics from Edge Orthotics. Dr Edge is a wonderful lady. Her receptionist Heather, however is not. She doesn't smile, barks instructions at you and seems generally perturbed. I found her to be rude at my consultation visit and when I picked up my orthotics. I was late by 8 minutes picking up my orthotics as I couldn't get away from work. I have had foot pain for a long time and had gotten to the point where I had just accepted it, a friend recommended Edge Orthotics to me so I went for a consultation. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. My consultation was with Roxsann and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. I received my customized orthotics quickly and since using them and following her other recommendations, I have been enjoying walking again with no foot pain for the first time in over a year. RUDE!!I phone to book an appointment and the assistant heard that I’m coughing,And she was being so rude to tell me to call them back when I’m feeling better cause they don’t accept patients that are sick!!!The thing is it’s not that I’m going to see them tomorrow for the appointment!!It’ll take a month for that appointment to booked! and with this weather most of the people get sick!,She should just be nice to take my call while talking in a nice way than act like a loser!
