Personal experience with this place! Had a friend whom lived there.. multiple things wrong with the place. He won't fix anything... he is worried about getting drunk and riding around fighting with his baby mama and wife!!! His drug habit has stopped him from doing what needs to be done!!! He could care less about anyone or anything that goes wrong!!!! His granny doesn't care either!!! They say they have cameras but guess what they don't work and that came after pulling up in the hell hole and busting a rim and tire on a bra... read more

Worse trailer park I ever seen I swear I saw rats running around like pets. And the trailers on the inside floors are falling in. Brent won't fix nothing for them and the rent is ridiculously high. This guy is a true slumb lord. Then he pulls up and tells people to leave that he doesn't even know who are visiting friends or family for no reason at all. I told him what I thought about him. And he kicked a woman out that had cancer and she was given days left to live. The owner is not a good person at all avoid this place if p... read more
