Terrible customer service experience.
Had coverage for home and auto with them for several years. No complaints, competent service and reliable actions.
If I could leave a zero star review I would. I WILL PURCHASE FARM INSURANCE FROM ANY OTHER PROVIDER INSTEAD OF EDGE!!!! They increased my premium by 22% 2 years in a row. Their excuse was that they applied a dramatic increase to the VALUE of my house, though somehow the other structures on the property didn't warrant such a gain. Notice that it's not an increase in risk, or the cost to replace the structure but an increase in the VALUE, which of course is theoretical until it's sold.
