I just needed a new set of tires and EDGE of course took care of that, but they also took the time to update me on brake pad wear and alignment with no pressure to make additional purchases. They made sure not to damage anything and the wheels were free of lube and the sidewalls were clean. The communication was fast, friendly and accurate. Excellent all around.
EDGE technicians are very knowledgeable about BMW services and repairs. We finally found someone that can service our i3 Rex instead of the dealer. I trust them for an honest review of what repairs are needed.
Excellent service, great attention to detail and getting to the root of the problem.
So far, I have done 2 performance alignments here on my mildly modified M3. I was very happy with the communication and the results both times. It is refreshing to find a shop that does excellent work for good prices. I plan to bring my car here for future alignments and any maintenance/upgrades beyond my DIY skills.
Derek and team were very accommodable, throughout, and prompt with an inspection of a new turbo installation: a plethora of bullet points and pictures to document my car. I never seen such a detailed summary which has left me an impressive impression.
