The company that is contracted with edge homes for tankless water heater sucks. Edge homes is getting a 1 star review because as a home builder they should vet quality companies for certain appliances. My house is barely 4 years old I shouldn’t have this issue. Both edge and the company Noritz horrible Update** I had gotten the parts direct from Noritz and had a contracted company come out and install the parts. The water heater now works like a dream.
