Did they do anything illegal? I don’t think so? Were they competent? Barely. There was no shortage of documents they forgot to tell me about, and even requirements to close THEY DIDNT TELL ME ABOUT UNTIL THE DAY OF. These people are “VA Loan experts.” As such, you’d think it’s common to have military members buy properties across the country site unseen. You would’ve thought it was the first time.
