Absolute disgrace of a gp surgery. Reception staff think there fbi and when u clearly state I do not wish to discuss my problem there reply well we need to no? Actually you don’t need to no my business plus this is not mandatory. Also to top it it of you no call for an appointment to be told you can no longer book appointment this now goes threw a triage and someone will call you back if they think you need an appointment?
