Myself and my son saw the dentist yesterday, both Bushra and Sherin were amazing, Bushra went into great detail to address all my questions and she was very professional and helpful, definitely delivering patient centred care to the best possible level. Wishing her all the best in her exam later on the year!
Had an emergency appointment today with Shiraz, what a lovely guy he was made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly and sorted it within seconds What a guy, would love him to be my dentist but unfortunately not taking NHS patients on right now
I would like to feedback on the care and attention I received from Reeba, Sherin and Kate. The treatment was Professional with excellent due care and attention. Reeba explained everything that was happening in detail. I felt relaxed and it was a pleasure to attend my appointment Thank you
Reeba- the hygienist did my scale and polish today. She was very polite and helpful. The last time I had a scale and polish by the dentist he wasn't as attentive but in his defence I think he only had half the time allocated. Reception only has one person at a time, which sometimes works until you've got to deal with phone calls as well, leading to upset patients.
Very friendly staff.
