All i hope now is Dr Chang is good for my daughter. The reception Lacey was so rude, i hardly give negative feedback for any clinic but how she sighed loudly over the phone when i didn’t have enough money to do prepaid $870 before my daughter’s appointment and needed her to wait for me to transfer more money is not nice at all, not to mention her email sounded like a threat more than a professional email.
