Reception is kind, needed an early booking and they hooked me up, absolutely recommend, best in cairns
Reception is incredibly rude and misleading about time-frames. I was told an appointment would be available in the next two weeks but they just informed me in would be within the next 6 months. This is after being diagnosed, which was an incredibly lengthy and expensive process anyway. Kathy is unprofessional and lacks knowledge about the time-frames for releasing and processing information between GPs and psychiatrists.
