Rent's more affordable than most other places you'll find and the maintenance team reacts fast and goes above and beyond with any requests you put in (shoutout to Shay and Chris). Also they were understanding with rent and let me delay a payment without adding a late charge But the air quality sucks, the amount of lint and dust that accumulates even with your vent closed is substantial, and with the air vent open is kinda ridiculous
Shay & Niko came to fix our fridge, the condenser fan had been making some noise on and off for a bit now but it became constant and extremely loud yesterday, put in a maintenance request this morning and they showed up this afternoon with the part ready to go. They replaced the fan and vacuumed all the dust out and were done in maybe 15 minutes! I had never met Niko before as he is newer (I think), but Shay has always been super kind, helpful, and clearly is knowledgeable and very good at what he does.
Shay and Niko were great! They helped us with our fridge issues and did it in under an hour!!
